Property Sales were -14% from November 2012

Property Sales were  -7.5% from last month

Median Sales Price was +21.1%  from November 2012

Median Sales Price was – 2.9% from last month

Inventory of Properties was -1.2% from November 2012

Inventory of Properties was -2.7% last month

 

Orange County

Property Sales were -21.8% from November 2012

Property Sales were -5.1% from last month

Median Sales Price was +23%  from November 2012

Median Sales Price was +1.9% from last month

Inventory of Properties was +23.8% from November 2012

Inventory of Properties was +1.3% last month

 

San Diego County

Property Sales were -18.2% from November 2012

Property Sales were -20.6% from last month

Median Sales Price was +18.3%  from November 2012
